WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A GRAPHIC?

If you have a concept or an idea for your label, there are all kinds of options out there for graphic design. You can hire designers on most outsourcing apps like fiverr.com. You can even design your own with apps like canva.com. Once you have your design you can usually export the graphic as .svg (recommended) or high quality .png/.jpg (300dpi) for us to review and print.

WHAT IF MY GRAPHIC HAS PANTONE COLORS?

We do not spot match colors. We use RGB proofing and CMYK for print processing. If you're concerned about a spot matching, we suggest you use a CMYK version of the color and submit it for proofing. We currently do not offer metallics or neons for printing options.

WHAT ARE THE TURN AROUND TIMES.

Our commitment is to provide a proof with-in 24 business hours. Once approved, the print process can take 4-7 business days to complete but a more accurate time can be determined at proofing. Shipping is standard rates and time unless specific arrangements are made.
